This form can be completed online from the Common Application
Web site. The required Macalester College supplement form is also available from their site or
it can be found below.
ONLINE. If you apply with the Mac App Online, that site will collect your application fee when you submit Part 2 (Do not pay the fee with Part 1). If you apply with the Common Application, you will be prompted to pay the fee as part of the online process.
PAPER.
If you complete one of the paper options below, you may submit a check or pay online here.
