Meeting Minutes

The meeting opened with a brief overview of Element K by Ron Joslin and
Bonnie Alexander. Ron offered to send the website address for registering to
use the program to Patty and she will forward it to AOP members. We talked to
Bonnie about scheduling a couple of times for her to give us some Thunderbird
training. The first session will be Thursday, 10/27 at 10:00 and the second
session is a week later on Thursday, 11/3 at 10:00. Both sessions will be
held in Hum 302. Show up with questions.
The rest of the meeting was spent discussing how we want to proceed as a
group. We decided to meet on the second Tuesday of each month at 10:00. Mary
Claire and Patty agreed to co-chair for the rest of this year but each meeting
will have a different facilitator and minute taker. For the rest of this year
we agreed to break out those tasks by building:

A retreat will be planned for January, 2006. Some ideas have been put out on
the table. If you have ideas please let Herta or Patty know by the 11/8
meeting. See you all then!
