Placement exams are always given prior to the start of Fall semester (during orientation) and by special request in Spring semester. Students are notified by Academic Programs as to the exact time, date and place of the exam. The exam covers reading, writing and speaking.

Students should register for the course they believe reflects their level of experience; the placement exam will determine if any course registration changes need to be made.

Fall 2013 Placement Exams are scheduled for Friday, August 30, 8:00 a.m. in HUM 111.
