A native of Duluth, Anastasia Verdoljak graduated with a B.A. in music & biology from Macalester College in 2009. Her time as a student was spent studying violin, working in the Music Department and studying abroad in Vienna. During post-undergraduate years in the St. Joseph Worker volunteer program, she worked as violin teacher & Program Assistant at St. Joseph’s School of Music and brought together the Cretin-Derham Hall strings. She has been faculty at fellow Macalester alum's Performing Arts Camp and currently is pursuing her teaching license & M.A.E. at Augsburg College while working as the string ensemble teacher at City of Lakes Waldorf.
