Welcome to our Nightmare.  This site is dedicated to the Nightmare, its happenings, its causes, treatments and other interesting stuff about the nightmares.   The site is designed for those who suffer from nightmares or other nightmare related traumas and interested in searching out information and treatments for themselves.   We encourage you to read the information provided, and contact us if you have any comments, questions, or suggestions.
