Banner Reports

You can view your department expenses in three ways:

• Banner Self Services (recommended)
• view expenses on-screen using the form FGIBDST
• run/print a Banner report

If you don't know what 'Banner Self Service' is, you haven't been through Banner training. Contact Tracy Arndt (arndt@macalester.edu, x6567) to schedule Banner Training.

Org Transaction Report

Provides detailed line-by-line information by Fund, by Org.

Org Summary Report

Provides summary information-similar to the FGIBDST screen, by Fund, by Org.

This report shows budget totals, amount spent by account code, & remaining balance.
