Banner Reports

You can view your department expenses in two ways:

• view expenses on-screen using the form FGIBDST
• run/print a Banner report

If you don't know what FGIBDST is, you haven't been to Banner Chart of Accounts training! Contact Tracy Arndt x6567 to schedule Banner Training.

Org Transaction Report

Provides detailed line-by-line information by Fund, by Org.

Org Summary Report

Provides summary information-similar to the FGIBDST screen, by Fund, by Org.

This report shows budget totals, amount spent by account code, & remaining balance.
