This form can be completed online from the Common Application
Web site. The required Macalester College supplement form is also available from their site or
it can be found below.
ONLINE. If you apply with the Common Application, you will be prompted to pay the fee as part of the online process.
PAPER.
If you complete one of the paper options below, you must submit a check or money order for $40 payable to Macalester College.
NOTE:
In case of financial hardship, the fee may be waived. Requests for fee waivers must be signed by your school counselor and must explain why a fee waiver would be appropriate.
