Maria Paula Celeste Patrocollo (2007)
Hometown: Don't have a hometown. I am a Swedish citizen, born in Stockholm. I have moved around all over throughout my life; Belgium, Russia, Sweden, Egypt, and now the US.

Major(s) and minor(s) other than African Studies: IDIM (I designed my own major): A Bio-Psycho-Social Approach to Health, Pre-Medical Program, African Studies Concentration,

If you studied abroad, where, what program, what year: No study abroad thus far.

Some classes in African Studies which you found complimented your other coursework: Regional Geography of SSA definitely.

Anything else you want to share: I want to practice medicine in Africa , potentially with MSF or IRC or other, and potentially work with USAID. I aspire to go to medical school for an MD, and also want to get an MPH in Tropical Medicine.

If you studied abroad, where, what program, what year: Durban, South Africa on School for International Training (SIT) South Africa: Reconciliation and Development. It was great!
