Flames of mercy
Remember the semester that Dr. Spangler’s briefcase caught on fire? All final tests were burned. I was happy to have another chance at the test…

Earning my B.S. in Business Administration
I remember the comprehensive examination we had to pass in order to be awarded the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. This exam covered all the Economics and Business Administration courses we were required to take over the past four years. It was made up entirely of subjective questions and took most of the day to complete. I especially anguished over the questions that asked to explain micro and macro economic theory. I remember writing every thing I could think of just to fill up the pages. After I finished, I looked at this compilation of words and wondered what I had written. Now I know what the “B.S.” stands for in my degree.
