Flying Scots

Learning to fly
We had an active flying program called Flying Scots. Ground school was taught by Prof. Hastings. The airplane was kept at St. Paul Airport. We went to several intercollegiate flying meets including ones in Illinois, Oklahoma, and Texas. Several grads went on to flying careers in the military and airlines. A great program was lost when the airplane was sold and programs terminated!
