I have spent my career in higher education administration, on the research and assessment end of things. I earned my Ph.D. in higher education administration from the University of Michigan and am currently the director of assessment at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I am also very involved in my Episcopal church—taking a group of 15-year-olds on a pilgrimage this summer.

My Mac Memories: Rehearsing, touring, and performing with the Concert Choir under the direction of Dr. Dale Warland. I treasure, to this day, the opportunity to create beautiful music in collaboration with my peers. I learned so much about being a member of a team that must work together, listen to each other, and support each other. Also, I saw more of the Midwest by bus than I would ever have had the chance to see otherwise!

Hi! I completed my residency in Family Practice in 2002 and work for St. Anthony Hospital in Chicago. I married Xhorxhi Petushi in Albania in 1998 and love my stepdaughters Linda, 18, and Dora,13, and my mom-in-law, who is famous in Albania, Zhaneta. I hope we can all come in June. Linda will start college next year. Mac athletic alumni honored me as a Hall of Fame inductee two years ago—It was great! Thank you!!

My Mac Memories: I was so shy then—I hope to get to know people better at the reunion! "PV=nrt 'it's not just a good idea, it's the law!'" on T-shirts from the fun-run. Playing Bagpipes! Certain special people—lots of them! Paradigms of Consciousness. Toaster party with roommate Clare & friends in Turck. 5W Dupre ’77! Spanish classes. Dances! Running with icicles on my eyelashes with Laura, Joy & others.
