I escaped the "Mac Mile" and made it all the way to St. Louis Park. My job as an order processing monkey for an education software firm kinda blows, but this summer I'm performing in my second Minnesota Fringe Festival (the show's called At Least One Shoe; check it out if you're around!). I'm in a year-long priestess training program. I'm going back to school to become a windsmith. And, most importantly, I'm getting married in May 2006. Whew! Fun times.

My Mac Memory: I have a hazy recollection of a QU office party that got busted by security...so we took the whole party to Sean Waldheim's room.

I'm a one-person science department at Creative Arts High School, an arts magnet for at-risk students. My main duty is to make dull things fun. In spare moments, I run the first AP program in a Minnesota alternative school.

My Mac Memories: Post-New Music Ensemble parties at Macy's house and saving Chairman Mao.

I am currently starting my second year of medical residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the U of MN (year two of four).

My Mac Memories:

  1. Springfest 2000 and the 'giving tree!'
  2. The Geo Metro and the "that's not a bad sound'
  3. My 22nd B-day surprise progressive (thanks Michele and Franc!)
  4. My (old) Dayton buddies (BURN, Gladly the Bear, BURN!)
  5. All of my close friends, esp. Franc, Michele, Michael, Ann, Drej, Chris, Matt, Erik, Hannah, etc. etc. etc. . .
  6. Last, but not least, getting 'busted' by a certain hall director in Dupre my sophomore year with false accusations . . . but still making my best friend pee in his pants.

I'm sorry to miss the upcoming reunion and catching up with Mac people. I'll be busy finishing up my graduate work at MIT in organic chemistry and starting a post-Doc. position at Boston College. Life has treated me well and been very full over the past five years. Highlight of 2004: I married Chris Davie in St. Paul among close friends and family members. We currently live in Arlington, Mass..

My Mac Memories: Tennis buddies. We really had a run of great seasons—matches, practices, parties—it was hard to tell the difference sometimes! Kirk, Olin/Rice, Kagin...
