I've just completed my 20th season as Artistic Director of the Ars Nova Singers, a semi-professional ensemble in the Boulder/Denver metro area. I'm currently writing a fairly avante-garde, significantly choral opera in collaboration with New York visual artist, Lesley Dill. And, raising a family: I just returned from a week of mountain biking in Telluride, Colo., with 58 middle school students -- including my 12-year old son. I have two younger children, too.

My Choir Memories: So many memories... looking forward to sharing them at our Reunion!

My husband, Jon Boylan, and I have lived in a re-emerging Cleveland city neighborhood for 10 years now where we built one of the first new houses in almost 50 years; and I am soon to celebrate my fifth anniversary as the creator, owner, and full-time employee of Tremont Scoops, our neighborhood ice cream parlor (see website). 

My Choir Memories: From time to time, I will hear a piece on the radio or at a performance that we sang together and it brings back the memories of being surrounded by beautiful music. Rehearsals were one of the best parts of my week back then.
