Planning to attend

I recently moved in with my girlfriend, Stephani, and proposed. We haven't set a wedding date yet. We don't intend to get legally married until it is legal in the state we live in (currently Minnesota)! First, we will buy a new house next spring. Stephani is a beautiful, talented writer/poet and plans to come to the reunion with me.

My Mac Memories: Chalking the campus stands out a lot. I was in the group that instituted that as part of GAY-la week. I also remember spending the whole day after the chalking dealing with the fact that the admissions office had the chalk cleaned off in front of their office because they didn't want prospective students thinking they accepted "those" kinds of people!

Planning to attend

I've stayed in the Twin Cities area and recently completed my Masters in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Minnesota. I now work at Metro Transit as an analyst. Erica Nastrom ’01 and I bought a house in the Frogtown neighborhood of Saint Paul about a year ago, and added a dog to our menagerie (we also have two cats). Most excitingly, we recently got legally married in Vancouver!

My Mac Memories: I spent a lot of time and energy working with QU over the years and met some great friends in the process of planning dances, panels, campaigns and so on. I will never forget reading the diaries in the QU office, which contain entries recording queer life at Macalester over the years.
