A group of alumni and their guests experienced the chaos of Old Delhi with its crowded, colorful lanes; took in the sleek New Delhi with its broad tree-lined boulevards; encountered the magnificent Taj Mahal, built as a tomb and monument of eternal love; saw the "Pink City" and former Rajput capital of Jaipur; enjoyed Ranthambore National Park, home of exotic flora and fauna; toured the outstanding Mughal architecture of Fatehpur Sikri, a UNESCO World Heritage Site; and approached Jaipur’s opulent Amber Fort on elephant-back.
