What to Expect
Inside Perspectives
An experienced local tour director will accompany us and help interpret India’s complex history and culture.
We’ll have special opportunities to talk with local people and hear inside perspectives on life in India. In Delhi, we’ll have a reception in the home of a local family. We will also visit the inspiring S.O.S. Children’s Village, where orphaned children live in a family-like setting. And, we’ll meet local villagers at the Ranthambore Foundation, dedicated to preserving India’s wildlife, and local artisans at the village of Sanganer, with its traditional block printing and handmade paper industries.
