Step back in time as you wander the cobbled streets of Florence, with its abundant wealth of Renaissance art and architecture, while the Eternal City of Rome offers magnificent sights from almost every era of history. Savor the atmosphere of rural Italy as you travel the winding back streets and soak up the peaceful ambience in the quaint hillside towns and villages.

TUSCANY REGION

A glorious creation of man and nature, the Tuscany region reveals everything that the popular image of Italy may conjure up: enchanting landscapes of olive groves, vineyards and rows of lofty cypresses marching up to hilltop villages; architectural masterpieces in its palazzi, villas and churches; and the grandest of Renaissance paintings and sculptures in its towns and cities.

Chianciano, located in the colorful Tuscan hills, is one of the most important and famous spa towns in Italy. Discover the charms of this elegant town as you explore its tree-lined streets flanked by fashionable shops and cafes. Enjoy its scenic parks, as well as the picturesque winding lanes of the ancient Etruscan historic center with its breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.

 

FIUGGI

Fiuggi is a popular spa town delightfully situated on the slopes of Mount Erici, in the very heart of the Lazio region, just 40 miles east of Rome. Enjoy this picturesque town frequented in former times by such figures as the famous Pope Bonifacio VIII, Michelangelo and many others. An abundance of shops and restaurants and a charming medieval town, add to the delights of this classic Italian hill town.
