Tour Cost
$4,695 per person, double occupancy.
Single supplement: $690 (single gers cannot be guaranteed).
Rates are based on a minimum of 15 participants and on
tariffs and exchange rates in effect as of October 2005.
Deposit and Final Payment
A deposit of $500 per person, payable to Nomadic Expeditions, and completed
reservation form confirm your reservation. The balance is due May
5, 2005, after receipt of invoice, and is payable by check only.
Tour Cost Includes:
- All domestic flights and ground transportation within
Mongolia and China as described in the itinerary
- All group transfers
- All accommodations in twin-bedded hotel rooms and
gers based on double occupancy
- Meals as indicated by (B) breakfast, (L) lunch, and
(D) dinner
- All excursions, entrance fees, and visits as described
in the itinerary
- Pre-trip notes and reading list
- Leadership of Macalester College representative,
Nomadic Expeditions tour manager, and Englishspeaking
local guides
- Baggage handling when possible, service charges, and
hotel taxes
Tour Cost Excludes
Flights between the U.S. and Mongolia; independent
transfers; passport and visa fees; insurance; excess baggage
charges; food and beverages not included in group
meals; and personal items such as laundry,
phone/email/fax charges, and alcoholic beverages.
International Flights
Nomadic Expeditions, the tour operator for this program,
will arrange international flights. Flight schedules
and fare information will be provided to registrants.
