Stan Sears' website

Sears is a sculptor and public artist. He teaches drawing, 3D design, and sculpture. He has collaborated artistically with Andrea Myklebust, a sculptor and alumnus of Macalester, since 1994. They share a strong interest in the integration of art and architecture, and in the constructive role public art plays within our communities and their civic spaces. Their work has included the creation of more than forty large-scale projects for sites across the United States. Sears' classes typically travel to his studio/farm in rural Wisconsin for a site-specific project each semester.
