Andrew Latham Andrew Latham has an MA from Queen's University (Kingston) and a PhD from York University (Toronto). He is the recipient of a number of fellowships, awards and grants including two prestigious Military and Strategic Studies Doctoral Fellowships, (Canadian Department of National Defense), an award for best MA thesis in International Relations, and a Certificate of Teaching Excellence (University of Manitoba). He has also worked extensively with the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs, both as a research associate and as a member of the Canadian delegation to the "Inhumane Weapons Convention" review conference in Geneva (1994/95). His teaching includes Foundations of International Politics, Contemporary International Security, Multilateralism, and a Senior Research Seminar on Conflict and Conflict Resolution in Northern Ireland. |
