The replacement fee for a lost or intentionally-damaged Mac ID is $20. 

If your Mac ID was stolen and you have a police report to verify the theft, you will not be required to pay the $20 replacement fee. 

To pay for a replacement Mac ID, please pay $20 at the Campus Center Information Desk and bring your receipt to Card Services. The Information Desk accepts cash, check, and credit card payments. Students may bill the $20 to their Student Billing Account at Card Services.
