Dr. Keith E. Edwards is the Director of Campus Life at Macalester College. As the Director of Campus Life, Keith oversees the areas of residence life, campus programs, orientation, and the student conduct process.
Keith received his B. A. degree in Social Studies along with an education minor and teaching license from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN. He also earned his M. S. degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Colorado State University. Keith recently received his PhD from the College Student Personnel Administration program with a concentration in Social Justice Education from the University of Maryland, where he recently completed his dissertation on College Men's Gender Identity Development. He has worked in Greek Life, Residence Life, and Academic Affairs in addition to teaching high school, undergraduate, and graduate courses in diversity and social justice.
Keith is also a national leader in diversity and social justice education. He has presented at more than 30 colleges and universities across the country, been invited to present at numerous national conferences, conducted multiple research projects, and authored several articles on a range of diversity and social justice issues from engaging men in sexual assault prevention, social justice ally development, and explorations of White privilege.

Providing leadership for Residential Life, Campus Programs, Orientation, and Student Conduct
What do you love most about Mac?
Obviously the students. But in addition to that Macalester's commitment to living out its espoused values everyday.
What is your favorite hobby?
Triathlons, basketball, movies, good television, and great food.
