Lost or Stolen Card

If your PlaidPass is lost or stolen:

• Stop by the Facilites / Security Office between the hours of 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday - Friday.

• Replacement fee is $20 payable at the Facilites / Security office.
• Methods of payment are Cash, Check, or put it on your student account.

Facilities is located on the lower level of the Music building.
