Lost or Stolen Card
If your PlaidPass is lost or stolen:
- Stop by the Card Services Office between the
hours of 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday - Friday.
- Replacement fee is $20 payable at the Facilites / Security office.
- Methods of payment are Cash, Check, or put it on your student account.
Card Services is located on the
second floor of the Campus Center.
