Lost or Stolen Card

If your PlaidPass is lost or stolen:

• Stop by the Card Services Office between the hours of 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday - Friday.
• Replacement fee is $20.
• Methods of payment are cash, check, credit card, or put it on your student billing account.

Card Services is located on the 2nd Floor of the Campus Center.
