Alumni Career Network The Macalester Career Development Center (CDC), with the support of the Alumni Association, would like to invite you to become a part of the Macalester College Alumni Career Information Resource Network. This network consists of Macalester alumni who volunteer to share information about their careers, place of employment, professional organizations, graduate and professional schools, and community. Your participation creates a unique and valuable resource for students (and fellow alumni) who are seeking information, ideas, feedback, and referrals as they engage in their career planning process. The information collected on the following form is made available to Macalester students and alumni by the CDC. Individuals who use the resource may contact you by telephone, or by email, according to the preference you have indicated on the form. Not all resource network volunteers are contacted, but the information that you provide is still very useful. It presents additional ideas and possibilities, and may encourage someone to pursue a field or an employer that had not previously been considered. If you have been a part of the network in the past, thank you. We hope that you will be willing to participate again and take a moment to update your information. The gift of this information and your willingness to be a resource is very valuable to the College, and is greatly appreciated. Alumni needing job assistance due to job loss or career transition can access this data by requestiong a printout from the Career Development Center.
