Experienced alumni may benefit from referral to other career counseling resources. The Macalester staff will work with alumni to identify providers who meet your needs.
Connect with Other Alumni
We connect alums with alums in their potential career field or location. Join us on our LinkedIn site, Macalester Career Connection (MC2).
Graduate School Prep
We help alumni explore, plan, and prepare applications to graduate school as well as advise them on writing personal statements and essays.
We continue to assist with searches for internships, seasonal, part-time, or full-time employment. Alumni maintain their exclusive access to the Macalester Job & Internship Database. In addition, alumni can practice their interview skills and learn appropriate professional etiquette.
Career assessments may be used to help clarify interests and assist in choosing a career path. Results are presented and explained by a Career Counselor. Fee per assessment: $25 for alumni 5+ years, no charge for new graduates (5 or fewer years).
