The CERF board consists of:
- Chair: Chris Wells - Assistant Professor, Environmental Studies
- Craig Laughlin - founder and President of SRC Funding, Inc., which has provided capital formation and business consulting services to early stage enterprises since 1991, with a special emphasis on socially responsible companies. Mr. Laughlin has been an officer and/or director of numerous public companies, and is a member of the American Council on Renewable Energy and the American Solar Energy Society.
