Limited Support
ITS will endeavor to provide support for reasonable uses of the
programs loaded on college-owned computers. However, in some cases, support may be limited.
Limited support means we will make sure it is installed correctly and
working in a basic manner. If you need additional assistance, you can
look for on-line and print resources,
or ask colleagues. The following programs have limited support:
You may choose to install additional programs on your computer.
However, be aware that ITS will be unable to provide full support for
those applications. In some cases, with the assistance of the Library,
