ITS's mission is to support the College's uses of information technologies. When something is unsupported, it means we do not have the training or resources to solve problems with that particular tool. Fortunately, it doesn't come up as often as you might think. The Help Desk (x6525) can tell you if something is supported or unsupported by ITS.
