ITS has allocated 500 megabits of storage space for every member of the Macalester community on college servers. This private space is available for you to store important documents, publish and maintain your personal web site, and store your e-mail messages. Probably unlike your own computer, this data is backed up daily so even if your computer dies, your data is safe. Since your data is available to you from anywhere in the world, you should take advantage of this service.
