Airline Travel Northwest Airlines has provided airfare discounts for domestic flights between May 8 and May 24, 2009, for families attending Commencement activities. Tickets booked more than 30 days in advance receive a 10% discount; less than 30 days, a 5% discount. To take advantage of these savings, please call or have your travel agent contact Northwest Meeting Services Reservations at 1-800-328-1111 between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. Please refer to Worldfile NM2UP to receive this discount. Use your assigned WorldFile/Ticket Designator to purchase your tickets online and your negotiated discount will be applied to available fares. Individuals and Meeting Planners should go to www.nwa.com. From the 'Flights' tab, click the link: 'Do you have a Discount Travel E-Cert or other voucher?' Complete the 'Flight Options' section of the Flight Search screen. In the 'Additional Search Options' section, navigate to the section labeled E-Cert: Do you have a Discount Travel E-Cert, Electronic Credit Voucher (ECV), Meeting? Select: Yes From the drop-down select 'Meeting Agreement (WorldFile number). Enter the Meeting Agreement code (WorldFile number) in the box provided and complete your transaction.
