Minutes:                         The minutes from March 23 were approved.

Announcements, Updates, Looking Ahead:

Supplementary Allocations Information:  Our preliminary reviews of allocations requests have generated additional questions to be posed to certain department chairs.  EPAG members responsible for specific allocations requests will contact relevant department chairs to ask whether they wish to respond to EPAG questions in writing or in person. 

Study Away discussion:  On April 6 staff from the International Center will join EPAG for a discussion of Study Away policies.

GES subcommittees:     Organizational meetings of the GES subcommittees are to take place this Spring to review the charge to the GES and to review the course approval forms.

Course approvals:          We approved all recently submitted course approval requests.

Harassment Complaint/Prevention Policies:  We approved the Macalester College Harassment Complaint Procedures document and the Macalester College Prevention of Harassment document.

Allocations:

Allocations requests from the following departments were reviewed and discussed:
