RPC Meeting Minutes
September 6, 2006
Present: Balik, Collins, Flath, Heyman, Hornbach, Hoye, Laskin, Latham, Lindeman, Michelfelder, Nedelsky, Wheaton.
- The meeting was brought to order at 2:00.
- The committee was introduced.
- RPC chose representatives to faculty/staff committees and to the Trustee committees.

- The committee discussed issues for its consideration during 2006/07. The main issues chose are: An examination of strategies for enhancing Macalester's support for faculty; issues relating to the Capital Campaign; progress or status of matters on which RPC has made recommendations in previous years - the study away program, proposals on the size of the college, and the switch to need-aware admissions; a Salary Audit; and an examination of proposals for student tuitions and fees.
