Congratulations to Kaija Bergen, Office Aide in the library, for being named both Macalester College and the State of Minnesota Student Employee of the Year! All nominees for Macalester's Student Employee of the Year received gift bags and certificates at the Student Employee Celebration. As the campus winner, Kaija received an additional book bag full of gifts and a sweatshirt. As the winner of the state competition, she received an additional certificate and a check for $75. This is the first time a Macalester student has been named Minnesota Student Employee of the Year, so congratulations, Kaija! We are very proud of you!
