Web Management Team Charge

PURPOSE

Provide overall direction, policy formulation and interpretation for Macalester's Web service. The management team's decisions will be implemented by the Web Coordinator.

Web Coordinator supervisor/Library Director
V.P. for Library and Information Services
C.I.T. representative
College Relations representative
Admissions representative
Unaffiliated staff member - Appointed in consultation with SAC.
Faculty member - Appointed in consultation with FAC.
Student - Appointed in consultation with MSG.

CHAIR

Appointed by the V.P. for Library and Information Services.

TERM

Membership slots are permanent but the individuals filling them may change annually. Student, faculty and unaffiliated representatives are appointed for a two year term.
