Each time I heat up
Roll fingers back
To the fold between
plastic snap and
toes
binding deep sheets
Sinking, I wish you wouldn’t
Touch that
Don’t even
Think of spontaneous
slips
Into
Still
Fits together.
You heard
Hushing,
Rushed me
Maybe you’ll remember
Plastic pockets of air
Pop
Humid streams
So loud past my ears
The ringing stops when they tell me someone older might be better.
