Mackenzie Epping
From her cot she looks out on a cold world, wanting to warm it classically and tastefully, but subtly. Sixty years later, a pen in hand, she’s vintage in upkeep and poignant in written style. She has had her fun, from those drunken Midwest nights, nights waitressing and driving through deep forests. She misses them all, but the days still linger. Towers of books line her workroom, she is content with the state of written fame and freedom of speech she’s reached. So now, sitting by the window, she writes witty anecdotes for pleasure.
