The unit exams will cover the grammar, vocabulary and expressions taught in each chapter, as well as the short stories, songs, film segments and other material covered in that particular segment of the course. Please check periodically the exam dates listed in the Course Calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts with other exams, papers, and other activities.

The chapters will be tested as follows:

Test #1: Chapters 7 and 8
Test #2: Chapters 9 and 10
Test #3: Chapters 11 and 12

Students who need special accommodation in the course evaluation procedures (i.e. more time for tests, etc.) must communicate with the professor about this well before the first exam. Appropriate College personnel will make evaluation of the need for accommodation.

In place of a final exam there will also be an exit oral interview. This interview will be with pairs of students, based on topics to be disseminated prior to the interview.
