Participação

Full and engaged participation is at the heart of this course. Consequently, it carries heavy weight in both the mid-term and final grade computation. Some of the items that will comprise the participation grade include the following:

Careful and complete preparation for class sessions.
Attendance at weekly lab sessions.
Active and cooperative participation in class and lab discussions.
Informal writing assignments.
Open-mindedness and respectful tolerance of differences of opinion.
Consistent attendance and on-time arrival to class sessions.
