I spend my day assisting individuals who care about the college, its students and faculty, in furthering their values through philanthropy with the ultimate goal of making the college the very best Macalester it can be.

I can assist you in tailoring and deepening your relationship with the college and its community. On days that I am on campus, I am reminded that our students are our future and they are the ultimate beneficiaries of the philanthropy that is shared with Macalester.

About Me
This is my second opportunity to serve the college having previously worked in the development office for 4 1/2 years from 1987-1991.

Our family includes my wife Nancy Kosciolek, our two teenage sons Alec '15 and Lee Jay '17, our Pug Link and Maine Coon cat Merlin. The bipeds in the family keep busy with activities including biking, tennis, golf, cooking, reading, performing and appreciating music, traveling, neighboring and hunting the wily fungus, the Morel mushroom.
