I spend my day managing the creation of print and web publications for Advancement, Admissions and other programs; contributing to Macalester Today magazine; lots of writing and editing.

I help Macalester departments (a) think through creative ways to communicate about their program, (b) present their ideas in clear and sparkling language, and (c) work with my staff to develop integrated print and online communications that work.

About Me
I founded a non-profit organization that saved and restored an antique carousel and operates it in Como Park; co-authored the 2006 book Terwilliger Bunts One; once beat Bob Dylan in a talent contest.
