Our department's role is to build pride, trust and understanding by working with students, faculty, staff and alumni to tell Macalester's unique and compelling stories. We work to strengthen and protect Macalester's reputation by ensuring a clear and consistent identity and messages are delivered to all constituents.

I am privileged to work with a talented team of professionals who can assist with all aspects of marketing, communications and public relations, including strategy and planning, writing and editing, media relations and graphic design.

About me

I am a Twin Cities native and an alumna, Class of 1988. I have extensive experience in marketing and communications in higher education, health care, government and non-profit organizations. I enjoy music, friends, physical activity, good food, travel and time with my family.
