Project Steering Committee Meeting 09/12/2003
The first steering committee meeting was held at Carleton on Friday, September 12, 2003. The meeting agenda included, among other things, Yunshan Ye's work schedule, priorities, as well as plans and objectives for the project. Please see Report & Documents for the meeting minutes.

III Work Group Meeting 10/17/2003
Library personnel involved in III implementation (to enable CJK display and search on online catalogs) met at Carleton to discuss the progress of the project at each college. Carleton, at the time being, takes the lead among the three institutions, having completed Phase I (re-indexing) and Phase II (re-loading records), and will complete Phase III (functioning in OPAC) any time soon. The attendees included Ron (Mac), Katherine (St Olaf), Michaela, Carol (Carlton), Steve (CLIC), and Yunshan Ye (East Asian Project Librarian).
