The mission of the Macalester College Employment Services Department is to design and implement programs that promote a preeminent working environment for the College's employees. This mission supports the overall College Mission to be a preeminent liberal arts college known for its high standards in scholarship and its special emphasis on internationalism, multiculturalism and service to society. The skills, cooperation and dedication of the College's employees are essential for the institution to function effectively.
