New Employee Orientation (NEO)Orientation is an important part of becoming familiar with your job and Macalester College. The college will provide you with an opportunity to attend the New Employee Orientation program (NEO). New employees will be notified of NEO dates and times. NEO provides new employees an opportunity to learn about the college, important policies, benefits, college services, and meet with co-wokers from across the college. As part of the NEO program and new hire process for staff, supervisors are required to complete the Supervisor/Staff Employee Orientation Checklist. |
