1. Mission Statement Discussion
- Mortenson presented the newly revised version of the statement.
- Committee members brought up points of concern regarding word choice.
- All major concerns were resolved, smaller points such as grammar would be dealt with in another meeting of the subcommittee.
- Draft 4 was temporarily approved by the Full Committee pending stylistic changes of the subcommittee.
- Draft 5 is to be emailed to all members by Friday the 27th, and concerns will be raised by Monday, March 1.
- On March 5 the final version will be presented to the board of trustees.
2. Energy Audit
It was decided to consider this issue at the next meeting due to time constraints.
3. Updates
The Earth Week Planning Committee will meet from Noon to 1 in the Kagin Basement on Monday, March 1. The meeting is open to the public.
