Greetings from Administration! Main Office Hours Academic Year: Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. We provide a variety of services, most listed below, either in person at the Facilities Services Main Office counter or by telephone 651-696-6278. Please note, some service requests require that a print or online form be completed. Overview of Administration Services Keys for departmental and office use by faculty and staff, as well as non-residence hall keys used by students, are issued by Facilities Services. The College leases 8 passenger motorpool vans (max 8 persons) for department and organization use. Current rental price to lease a van is $57.00 per day and .45 per mile. Pick up times for office keys, clipboards/van keys are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. If you are picking up Clipboards/Van Keys after office hours, you must contact a Security Officer at 651-696-6555. All students, staff and faculty members parking a vehicle in the College lots are required to follow all Parking and Traffic Regulations and vehicles must display a current parking permit. For campus building work orders, submit an online Residence Hall or Academic & Other Building request. You may also submit a print work order and send it to the Facilties Services Main Office through campus mail.
