I.D. Cards
Macalester I.D. cards are issued to all students, faculty, staff, spouses, contractors, alumni and community I.D. cards by Facilities Services during the Main Office business hours.
If you are a new staff or faculty member, you will need to visit Human Resources prior to obtaining an I.D. card.
If you are an alum or a community member seeking an I.D. card for access to the Athletic Facility, you will need to visit Athletics prior to obtaining an I.D. card through Facilities Services.
Lost or Stolen I.D. Cards
The cost for replacing a lost or stolen I.D. card is $20.00. Cash or check payments are accepted for lost or stolen I.D. Card charges. Students may also have their student account charged.
Other I.D. Card Replacements
I.D. Cards that do not work due to "normal" wear and tear can be replaced at no charge if the damaged I.D. Card is turned in to Facilities Services. If the I.D. Card is damaged because a hole has been punched in the card, there will be a $20.00 cost charged to replace it.
