Our mission...
in the Facilities Services department is to provide a campus environment that is safe and comfortable, with well-maintained buildings and grounds. We are responsible for maintaining the buildings and grounds of the Macalester College campus where students live and learn, the faculty can teach enthusiastically, and a place where all of us on the staff are able to work efficiently.

Faculty/Staff Parking Permits

The new parking permits for Faculty and Staff are now available. They are valid from August 2008 through August 2012. You must fill out a new form for your permit. As always, permits are free. You will need your license plate number to register your vehicle. Please stop by the Facilities Office in the basement of the Music Building to register your vehicle(s).

All vehicles parked by Macalester Faculty, Staff and Students in the College parking lots must be registered. Please do not use the online form, as we will be taking it down to update with the new form and cannot guarantee that the form will work correctly.

If you do not have a valid (current) parking permit, you may receive a perking violation. Security will begin handing out parking violations the week of September 22nd, 2008
