Celebrate Macalester's 137^th Birthday!

Founders Day is an annual community-wide celebration of Macalester’s history held on the anniversary of our founding.

This year's celebration features:

• Live music by Soulacious and
  Macalester student groups
• Birthday cake and snacks
• Students in period dress as the founders
• Complimentary soft drinks and cash bar*
• Games, dancing and photo portraits
  *A college-issued and state identification will be required to enter the bar area.
