Andrew
Billing, Mellon postdoctoral fellow, recently completed his doctoral
studies at the University of California, Irvine. His research explores
the intersections between literature, politics, and political and
moral philosophy in the French Enlightenment, with particular attention
to the literary and political works of Jean-Jacques Rousseau. His
teaching interests include eighteenth-century French literature,
Enlightenment political and moral philosophy, narrative, and critical
theory.|
